Job summary

World Wide Technology, Inc. is seeking a Services Consultant (Program Manager, US Delivery Lead) to grow our Strategic Resourcing practice in the Northern California region.

You will lead staffing services sales, scope engagements, develop proposals, and coordinate the transition from sales to delivery with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. You will build relationships with clients, define scopes of work, price services, and drive opportunities to closure.

Qualifications

• Bay Area residency required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience selling staffing services engagements.
• Ability to negotiate outcomes in complex project scenarios with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing services sales within assigned accounts and regions.
• Develop staffing services business with support from team members.
• Serve as the single point of contact for staffing services in assigned accounts and regions.
• Build relationships with key clients within the account strategy.
• Conduct detailed requirements sessions and develop accurate scopes of work.
• Negotiate scope and pricing with partners and subcontractors.
• Create cost estimates and pricing for staffing engagements.
• Develop preliminary proposals and transition opportunities to delivery teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments to set up staffing engagements for success.
• Ensure smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
