Job summary

Indiana University Health System seeks a Scheduling Specialist to manage a 24/7 live schedule for the Workforce Central team in Downtown Indianapolis.

You will rotate shifts, including weekends and holidays, and use Kronos to ensure accurate staffing and timekeeping across the system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Flexibility in scheduling due to 24/7 responsibilities, including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Kronos experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a 24/7 live schedule using Kronos to complete real-time staffing, timekeeping and scheduling for the system.
• Maintains Kronos, related systems and records to support IUHWFC.
• Performs daily operations and special projects related to 24/7 live schedule.
• Ensures resources are properly allocated to increase flexibility and adaptability to support patient care across the system.

Job description

Schedule:

• Rotating PRN Shift; main schedule 1x per week 10:00 AM - 11:30 PM, flexibility with advanced notice to work 4:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM for operational demands if needed.




• Rotates preferred scheduled days Sunday - Saturday




• Includes weekend rotations, holiday rotations, and on-call weekend rotations.

Location:

• Workforce Central - 1633 North Capital, Downtown Indy
