Overview

• Hours: Rotating 3x13-hour shifts (approx 39 hrs a week), flexibility to shift to 4x10 based on business needs,


• Shift 4am-530pm


• Weekends: rotating weekends andon call every 11 weeks F-M


• Holidays: rotating

• Workforce Central - 1633 North Capital, Downtown Indy

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains a 24/7 live schedule using Kronos to complete real-time staffing, timekeeping and scheduling for the system.


• Maintains Kronos, related systems and records to support IUHWFC.


• Performs daily operations and special projects related to 24/7 live schedule.


• Ensures resources are properly allocated to increase flexibility and adaptability to support patient care across the system.

Qualifications
