Job summary

Indiana University Health in Indianapolis seeks a scheduling professional to manage a 24/7 live staffing schedule using Kronos. You will support timekeeping, scheduling, and system records for the Workforce Central team, ensuring flexible allocation of resources for patient care across the system.

The role requires flexibility for weekends/holidays, comfort working in a team setting, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Prior Kronos experience and 1–2 years in customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• Flexibility to schedule due to 24/7 responsibilities (weekends/holidays).
• Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred Kronos experience (timekeeping and scheduling).
• Preferred 1–2 years in a customer service role.

Overview

• Hours: Rotating 3x13-hour shifts ( approx 39 hrs a week), flexibility to shift to 4x10 based on business needs,
• Shift 4am-530pm
• Weekends: rotating weekends and on call every 11 weeks F-M
• Holidays: rotating

Location

• Workforce Central - 1633 North Capital, Downtown Indy

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains a 24/7 live schedule using Kronos to complete real-time staffing, timekeeping and scheduling for the system.
• Maintains Kronos, related systems and records to support IUHWFC.
• Performs daily operations and special projects related to 24/7 live schedule .
• Ensures resources are properly allocated to increase flexibility and adaptability to support patient care across the system.

Qualifications
