Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a dynamic Staffing Consultant to identify and qualify candidates for temporary/contract roles within local markets. You will own the full recruiting cycle—from sourcing and interviewing to placement and offer management—while building lasting relationships with job seekers and client partners.

You’ll engage via phone, email, and in person, leveraging sourcing tools and networking to fill openings.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Post jobs on boards and interview prospective candidates.
• Prep candidates for client interviews and discuss needs.
• Conduct post-interview recaps and outline next steps.
• Offer management and follow-through with offers and assignments.
• Proactively reach out to candidates to build a strong pipeline.
