Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Staffing Consultant to source, interview, and place candidates for temporary and contract roles in the local market. This full-cycle recruiting role spans sourcing to placement and emphasizes building strong relationships with job seekers through coaching on resumes, interview tips, and post-interview discussions.

You will manage the entire process, including posting advertisements, interviewing candidates, coaching for client interviews, and coordinating

• Prep candidates for client interviews (resume review, client needs, mock interviews).
• Contact candidates post-interview with next steps and feedback.
