Beacon Hill Solutions Group in Madison, WI is seeking a Staffing Consultant to manage full-cycle recruiting for temporary/contract roles in the local market. You will source, interview, and qualify job seekers, coaching them through resume edits, interview prep, and post-interview steps to a successful placement.

You’ll engage candidates by phone, email, and in person, building relationships while posting jobs, conducting proactive outreach, and coordinating offers.

• Provide resume coaching and interview guidance to candidates.
• Deliver offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Follow up with on-assignment candidates to ensure needs are met.
• Meet with team to discuss openings and postings; leverage sourcing tools.
