Beacon Hill is seeking a Staffing Consultant to identify, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary/contract roles in our New York market. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, engaging candidates by phone, email, and in person, and coaching them through resumes and interviews.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and networking.
• Post jobs on boards and interview candidates.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and discuss needs.
• Communicate post-interview steps and extend offers when appropriate.
• Maintain candidate relationships and build a strong book of business.
