Beacon Hill Solutions Group in Milwaukee seeks a Staffing Consultant to identify prospective candidates, interview and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to placement, engaging candidates by phone, email, or in person, and partnering with clients to match talent with opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Proactive cold calling to identify candidates and schedule conversations.
• Post jobs on boards and source potential matches.
• Interview prospective candidates and assess fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and review needs.
• Follow up with candidates after interviews and outline next steps.
• Extend offers and manage the offer process.
• Support candidates on assignment and ensure needs are met.
• Collaborate with team to discuss open positions and strategies.
