Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Partners in Salt Lake City seeks a Staffing Consultant to identify, interview and qualify candidates for temporary/contract roles. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement, engaging candidates by phone, email, or in person, and coaching them through resumes, interviews and offers.

You’ll meet with your team to discuss open roles, post jobs, and learn online sourcing tools while building a robust candidate book and a strong client network.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Post jobs on job boards and manage candidate pipelines.
• Interview prospective candidates and prep for client interviews.
• Provide resume review and interview coaching to candidates.
• Deliver feedback to candidates and coordinate offers.
• Build a book of business and contribute to team goals.
• Engage in proactive cold calling to identify candidates.
• Collaborate with team to discuss open positions and postings.
