Job summary

Beacon Hill Solutions Group is seeking a Staffing Consultant to identify, interview and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles in the local market. You will manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to placement, engaging candidates over phone, email or in person, coaching them through resumes and interview prep.

You’ll build strong client relationships, post jobs, and lead the offer process while meeting team goals in a high-activity environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Post jobs on job boards and interview candidates.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews with resumes and practice.
• Communicate interview outcomes and next steps to candidates.
• Extend offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Engage candidates on assignment and ensure needs are met.
• Proactively cold call to identify new candidates.
• Collaborate with team to discuss open positions and strategies.
