You’ll interview, coach, and guide job seekers through resumes, interview prep, and post-interview steps, while building a strong candidate-book of business.

Responsibilities

• Proactive cold calling to identify prospective candidates.
• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, searches, referrals, networking.
• Post jobs on job boards.
• Interview prospective candidates.
• Prep candidates for interviews with client companies; review resumes and discuss client needs.
• Contact candidates post-interview and recap next steps.
• Deliver offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Reach out to candidates on assignment and ensure they have what they need.
