Beacon Hill is seeking an Account Executive to develop and manage relationships with businesses that benefit from temporary staffing services. You will research prospective clients, make introductory calls, visit sites, and deliver presentations while collaborating with our recruiting team to place top talent.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients via internet research, cold calling, referrals, etc.
• Proactive high-volume cold calling to set introductory client meetings.
• Conduct client meetings at work sites, deliver sales presentations, understand client needs.
• Partner with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client needs and manage the job order process.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships as the primary point of contact during job orders.
