Temporal seeks a Solutions Architect to lead customer-facing technical engagements within the Majors team (Central). You will guide prospects on Temporal’s platform suitability, demonstrate the cloud service advantages, and position Temporal against competitors.

Qualifications

• Strong technical communication across audience levels, including executives.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and design principles.
• Ability to guide architecture and provide production guidance.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider and cloud-native services.
• Ability to size opportunities with Sales and advise on technical fit.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with prospects to determine fit for Temporal platform.
• Educate customers on technical benefits and limitations of Temporal.
• Position Temporal against competing technologies and patterns.
• Foster adoption of Temporal in customer production environments.
• Partner with Account Executives on account plans for new and expanding opportunities.
• Manage relationships with technical decision-makers and enable their teams.
• Create reusable technical assets and demos for future CAEs.
