Job summary

Temporal is seeking a Staff Solutions Architect to lead technical engagements for the Central region, guiding prospects and customers in understanding how Temporal fits their applications and highlighting the advantages of our cloud service.

You will collaborate with Sales and Engineering, own the technical relationship with key decision-makers, and help customer teams expand production applications using Temporal. Strong communication and distributed-systems expertise are essential.

Responsibilities

• Help prospects understand if their application is suitable for Temporal
• Explain technical benefits and drawbacks of Temporal platform and cloud service
• Position Temporal successfully against alternative technologies or technical patterns
• Create conditions in customer engineering organizations that allow them to expand production applications using Temporal
• Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute an overall account plan
• Own the relationship with customer technical decision-makers in evaluating and operating Temporal applications
