Job summary

Temporal Technologies seeks a Solutions Architect to lead technical engagements with major customers in the East region. You will guide prospects on Temporal’s platform suitability and showcase cloud service advantages, driving adoption and expansion with customer engineering teams.

You will partner with Account Executives, nurture relationships with technical decision-makers, and develop reusable assets to accelerate success across accounts. Travel 25-50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Must understand distributed system design principles.
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with prospects to assess fit for Temporal’s platform.
• Educate customers on technical benefits and limitations of Temporal's platform and cloud service.
• Position Temporal as an enterprise standard against competing technologies and patterns.
• Foster adoption and expansion within production environments.
• Develop and execute account plans with Account Executives for new opportunities and expansion.
• Manage relationships with technical decision-makers to maximize value.
• Create reusable technical assets, reference architectures, playbooks, and demos.
