Orb is seeking a senior software leader to own core runtime and entitlement systems that drive usage analytics, alerts, and spend controls in real time. You will shape primitives, interfaces, and the roadmap across infrastructure and customer-facing surfaces, collaborating with enterprise and AI customers to translate their pain points into productized solutions.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of software engineering experience and ownership of products or systems end to end.
• Strong product instincts and customer empathy; you matter to business impact (revenue-adjacent).
• Comfortable designing APIs and data models that teams and customers depend on.

Responsibilities

• Own a product surface end to end—from conversations through API design, implementation, and rollout.
• Design and ship alerting and analytics that are granular, fast, and SLA-friendly.
• Build entitlement and spend-control primitives that reflect real billing state in real time.
• Shape the roadmap and primitives that other teams build against.
• Collaborate with PM, design, sales, and customer success to address enterprise/AI customer pain points.
