Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of delivering impact and defining new products.
• Advocates for customer needs while balancing business priorities.
• Excels at partnering with engineering and design and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Applies product discovery and optimization techniques to turn ambiguity into a plan.
• Driven to ship early and often.
• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate (with support from Orb).

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy for entitlements, spend controls, alerting, and usage analytics.
• Lead product discovery: talk to customers to learn how they govern spend and access.
• Identify the smallest unit of value and drive it through discovery, in-flight work, and launch.
• Shape strategic questions that define the domain and where real-time enforcement matters most.
• Build partnerships with engineering and design, involving them early in discovery.
• Context-switch across bugs, discovery, in-flight work, and launch planning.
• Lay the groundwork for product practices and processes for high-impact work.
