Orb is building the runtime layer for usage-based billing, entitlements, and real-time analytics. You will own a surface end to end, from customer conversations to API design and rollout, shaping primitives that other teams rely on.

You will work across the product, design, and customer success teams with enterprise and AI customers, solving high-leverage problems at scale while maintaining latency guarantees and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of software engineering experience and proven ownership of products or systems.
• Comfort designing APIs and data models for internal teams and customers.
• Ability to balance product needs with real-time, low-latency requirements.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own a product surface end to end from conversations to rollout.
• Design and ship granular, fast alerting and analytics.
• Build entitlement and spend-control primitives in real time.
• Shape roadmap and foundational primitives for other teams.
• Collaborate with PM, design, sales, and customers to translate pain points into solutions.
