The role blends infrastructure with product, requiring ownership, customer empathy, and the ability to ship fast while maintaining latency and reliability guarantees.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience shipping API surfaces used by customers and other teams.
• Strong instincts for customer impact and revenue-adjacent metrics.
• Proficient in designing APIs and data models for external use.
• Hands-on with real-time, low-latency systems.

Responsibilities

• Own a product surface from design through rollout.
• Design and ship alerting and analytics for real-time usage.
• Build entitlements and spend-control primitives.
• Shape roadmap and primitives for cross-team use.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers to translate pain points into features.
