Job summary

Orb is seeking a Lead Product Manager to define and own the Entitlements & Spend Platform—the runtime layer for real-time billing state, alerts, spend controls, entitlement checks, and usage analytics.

This foundational role sets product strategy, prioritizes what to build, and collaborates with engineering and design to deliver high-impact outcomes across organizational stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on B2B SaaS software.
• Strong record of delivering impact on customer outcomes and company goals.
• Advocates for customer needs while balancing business priorities.
• Excellent partnerships with engineering and design counterparts and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy for entitlements, spend controls, alerting, and usage analytics.
• Lead product discovery: talk to customers constantly and translate insights into what the team builds.
• Identify the smallest valuable unit to ship and drive it through discovery, in-flight work, and launch.
• Shape strategic questions for the domain and determine where real-time enforcement matters most.
