Orb is seeking a Lead Product Manager to define and own the Entitlements & Spend Platform—the runtime layer where real-time billing state becomes actionable: alerts, spend controls, entitlement checks, and usage analytics. This foundational role lets customers see what has been consumed, what is allowed, and what should happen next, tied to Orb's pricing, credits, and commits.

You will set product strategy, decide what to build and in what order, and work with engineering and design to surface

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management for B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering impact on customer outcomes and company goals.
• Ability to advocate for customer needs while balancing business priorities.
• Strong partnerships with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience applying product discovery and optimization to turn ambiguity into a plan.
• Demonstrated drive to ship early and often.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy for entitlements, spend controls, alerting, and usage analytics.
• Lead product discovery with customers to translate insights into shippable work.
• Identify smallest viable value unit and drive it through discovery to launch.
• Shape strategic questions that define the domain and where real-time enforcement matters most.
• Build strong partnerships with engineering and design, involving them early in discovery.
• Context-switch across bugs, discovery, in-flight work, and launch planning.
• Lay the groundwork for product practices so the team delivers high-impact work.
