This Staff Architect role shapes core platform architecture across execution, infrastructure, and frontend to scale our systems and support broad adoption. You will lead architectural decisions, drive platform coherence across teams, mentor engineers, and push durable solutions that enable both

Qualifications

• Staff-level architectural ownership across multiple systems or teams.
• Deep systems thinking with distributed systems experience.
• Design configurable, scalable platform foundations.
• Experience with migrations, re-architectures, and long-term initiatives.
• Strong cross-team leadership and RFC-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive architectural direction for Core Platform teams.
• Design adaptable backend foundations for multiple workloads and deployment models.
• Partner on frontend canvas architecture and real-time features.
• Evolve core subsystems: durable execution, orchestration, scheduling.
• Mentor engineers and lead RFCs for durable, scalable solutions.
