Qualifications

• 8+ years in professional software engineering with senior/staff scope.
• Strong design patterns, data structures, and scalable systems knowledge.
• Experience leading architecture across multiple teams or services.
• Proficient in strongly typed languages (C++, C#, Java, Go, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own and drive architecture decisions for cross-cutting systems.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, patterns, and code quality.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide high-signal feedback across teams.
• Mentor senior engineers and grow the org's technical depth.
• Bridge dependencies and align infrastructure to reduce duplication.
