Job summary

n8n is seeking a senior Product leader to own the Core Platform strategy and roadmap, partnering with Engineering and Product leadership to align enterprise needs with scalable architecture.

You'll drive scalability, reliability, and execution, shaping major releases and cross-organizational alignment while engaging with customers and internal teams to translate complex trade-offs into clear roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with platform experience.
• Credible with senior engineers on distributed systems and architecture.
• Led cross-team technical initiatives with real delivery risk.
• Ability to trade-off prioritization under ambiguity and connect technical work to outcomes.
• Ownership and autonomous problem-solving with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate Core Platform strategy and roadmap with leadership.
• Drive scalability and reliability of execution engine and deployment setups.
• Plan and release major platform versions with migration strategies and stakeholder alignment.
