Job summary

n8n is seeking a senior product leader to own the Core Platform strategy and roadmap. You will align with Engineering and Product leadership to prioritize foundational work, address enterprise needs, and drive scalable, secure execution across complex deployments.

You will shepherd major releases, collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success, and ensure measurable outcomes beyond on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product, with 2–3 years on platform, infrastructure, developer-facing, or backend/API products.
• Able to reason about distributed systems, execution models, and reliability/scalability trade-offs.
• Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives with real delivery risk.
• Ability to make trade-offs explicit and connect foundational work to customer outcomes.
• Strong ownership: proactive problem-solving and autonomous delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the Core Platform strategy and roadmap with Engineering and Product leadership.
• Prioritize foundational investments based on customer impact, enterprise needs, risk, and effort; articulate trade-offs.
• Lead product discovery for technically complex problems with enterprise customers.
• Drive scalability and reliability of the execution engine, including worker pools and distributed execution.
• Coordinate major releases, migration strategies, and cross-org alignment; ensure measurable outcomes.
