Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a Staff People Business Process & Systems Partner to stand up a new function within Global People Operations. You will own Workday HCM process design, data integrity, SOX audit readiness, expansion and analytics for a workforce scaling toward 4,000+ employees.

As the senior individual contributor on this team, you will be the technical owner of how People Operations systems and processes actually work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in People Operations, HR Operations, or HRIS with deep Workday HCM expertise.
• Recognized as a go-to Workday expert for configuring processes and scaling.
• SOX or audit-readiness experience in regulated or growing environments.
• Demonstrated systems redesign experience from end-to-end improvements.
• Data integrity and reporting fluency with governance standards.
• Cross-functional influence without direct authority across Payroll, IT, or Total Rewards.
• High proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday HCM business process design, configuration requirements, and change management with HR and IT Systems.
• Own data integrity for Workday population: data quality standards and regular audits.
• Own SOX compliance readiness: audit prep, evidence, and control documentation.
• Own reporting and analytics for Global People Operations with proactive, on-demand data.
• Own policy operation and benefits configuration in Workday with Total Rewards input.
• Identify and eliminate manual work through automation and process redesign.
• Define team operating model, intake, sprint cadence, and documentation standards.
• Partner with the Director and Employee Lifecycle Manager on design and roadmap.
