Job summary

GQR is seeking a hands-on leader to own the Workday platform, balancing configuration with strategy. You will guide a small team of three People Systems professionals and influence the roadmap in a fast-growing environment.

The role requires deep Workday experience across Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits and Compensation, with autonomy and proactive problem solving. EST-hours alignment is expected, with flexibility for US time zones.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on Workday experience with configuration depth.
• Strong Core HCM knowledge including Payroll, Benefits and Compensation.
• Experience leading a small team and driving initiatives independently.

Responsibilities

• Own hands-on configuration, optimization, and support across Workday HCM.
• Lead and develop a team of three People Systems professionals.
• Drive the future-state roadmap for People technology.
• Partner with HR and Payroll to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
