Job summary
Nscale is seeking a senior HRIS/People Systems leader to own the People Systems portfolio within Corporate Engineering’s People Tech, starting with Workday. You will configure, integrate, and automate Workday and adjacent systems to support the full employee lifecycle as the company scales globally.
Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in HRIS, deep Workday expertise, and a product mindset translating privacy and security into practical design.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in HRIS or People Systems roles with Workday experience.
- Advanced Workday configuration, with integrations and automations.
- Product mindset applied to internal systems and business value.
- Privacy, security and compliance integrated into design decisions.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience applying AI to People Systems.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and development of Workday and adjacent systems.
- Partner with People teams to design end-to-end HR workflows.
- Configure Workday core HCM, security, and reporting; build integrations.
- Establish data governance and access controls for compliance.
- Own platform stability, testing, and release management.
- Advise senior stakeholders on capabilities and investment priorities.
