Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive People Operations or HR Operations experience.
• Hands-on Workday experience with reporting, data, and People Operations.
• Experience building or improving People analytics, reporting, and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and related programs.
• Experience navigating employment compliance and identifying operational risk.
• Ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Analytical mindset to translate People data into business insights.
• Excellent judgment handling confidential, sensitive, or ambiguous matters.
• Proactive ownership mentality to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the roadmap for People data, analytics, and reporting with strong data integrity.
• Build and maintain Workday reporting, dashboards, and People data infrastructure for decisions.
• Serve as escalation point for complex employee matters including benefits and leaves.
• Lead cross-functional People Operations initiatives to scale processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements.
