Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to own Workday across the company as we scale globally. You will set configuration direction, security, and governance for the platform while partnering with the People Systems Engineer to connect Workday to other systems.

You will advise leadership on what Workday can and cannot do and drive ongoing improvements. With 8+ years in HRIS/People systems and direct Workday experience, you will help maintain data accuracy, enforce governance, and deliver

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HRIS or People systems roles, with direct Workday experience.
• Solid grasp of HCM configuration, security groups, and business process design.
• Maintains data accuracy and applies strong governance standards when managing the system.
• Turns business needs into clear system requirements and communicates them effectively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workday roadmap: decide what gets built, in what order, and why as the business scales globally.
• Design and configure security groups, business processes, and core HCM modules.
• Set data governance and access control standards for audit and compliance resilience.
• Act as the key technical resource on Workday, balancing speed, compliance, and platform health.
• Partner with the People Systems Engineer to design Workday integrations with other systems.
• Own platform stability and release management, driving proactive improvements.
• Advise senior leaders on Workday capabilities and design company-wide People processes.
