Job summary

Grab seeks a Solution Manager II, People Systems to own Workday modules across Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Performance and more. You will lead a team of Workday specialists, set the functional vision and roadmaps, and partner with Technology, Payroll, Finance and Legal to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in HRIS/HR tech and 5+ years leading Workday delivery in regional/global contexts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HRIS/HR tech or People Systems.
• 5+ years leading Workday solution delivery in regional/global contexts.
• Experience delivering Workday Core HCM and related modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workday functional team with priorities, delivery standards and growth plans.
• Own the Workday functional roadmap and designs for assigned modules including dependencies.
• Manage end-to-end Workday modules including BAU, backlog, incidents, releases and projects.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable Workday configurations, processes, reports and controls.
• Govern the full solution lifecycle from design to hypercare.
