CoreWeave in San Francisco is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer for our People Systems team to design, implement, and optimize our HR tech landscape including Workday and related platforms.

You will partner with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors; manage Workday security, reports, workflows, and upgrades; provide end-user training and documentation; stay current on Workday enhancements to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience supporting HR systems with hands-on Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits and Payroll.
• Experience with Workday reporting, security, business processes, and integrations.
• Familiarity with EIBs, Calculated Fields, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs) is a plus.
• Experience with system implementations, enhancements, or optimizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and configure HR systems, including Workday HCM (Human Capital Management, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits), Payroll, and other related platforms.
• Act as a SME to drive system enhancements and process automation.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate into Workday solutions.
• Manage Workday security roles, user permissions, and compliance configurations.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Configure and maintain Workday business processes, workflows, and integrations.
• Participate in Workday system upgrades, testing, and release management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues with internal teams and Workday support.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on Workday enhancements, trends, and best practices to optimize performance.
