Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Staff ISTS Product, Developer Experience to lead product strategy, roadmap and backlog direction for the Enterprise Observability Platform (EOP). You will partner with senior engineers, architects, and platform teams to reduce onboarding friction, improve telemetry adoption, and boost platform reliability and time to value.

This staff-level role influences across multiple teams without direct authority, elevating product clarity, prioritization, validation, and execution

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Master’s degree preferred and/ or Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner are preferred.
8+ years of experience in Product Management or related role.
Experience partnering with senior engineers and architects in agile environments.

Responsibilities

Oversee backlog direction across multiple teams or a significant product domain.
Shape long-term roadmap direction through prioritization and clear sequencing decisions.
Communicate backlog direction and sequencing clearly to stakeholders.
Prioritize capabilities and improvements across platform onboarding, instrumentation, telemetry usability, alerting and incident workflows, platform reliability, and hybrid-environment consistency.
Align product direction with technical strategy and business goals.
Establish shared product outcomes and clear integration expectations with cross-functional teams.
