CVS Health is seeking a Staff ISTS Product, Developer Experience to lead product strategy, roadmaps, and backlogs for the Enterprise Observability Platform (EOP). This senior individual contributor collaborates with engineering leaders, architects, and platform teams to reduce onboarding friction, improve telemetry usage, and drive platform adoption across the enterprise.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and backlog priorities for complex platforms.
• Experience partnering with senior engineers/architects in agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own backlog direction and long-term roadmap for Enterprise Observability Platform (EOP).
• Align with engineering leadership to ensure product and technical strategy are mutually reinforcing.
• Engage with developers, platform teams, and SREs to drive adoption, reliability, and time-to-value.
