Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff ISTS Product, Developer Experience to lead product strategy, roadmap, and adoption for the Enterprise Observability Platform (EOP). You will partner with engineering leaders to reduce onboarding friction and improve platform adoption across logs, metrics, and traces.

The role operates at staff level, focuses on clarity, prioritization, and execution discipline, and emphasizes governance and collaboration across enterprise observability teams.

Qualifications

Experience owning product strategy, outcomes, and backlog for a complex platform.
Ability to align engineering, cloud, and platform teams around a common roadmap.
Strong discovery with technical users and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own backlog direction and roadmap strategy across multiple teams.
Align stakeholders with engineering to ensure shared outcomes.
Evaluate telemetry ownership, data sources, and migration needs.
Define readiness, rollout, and adoption criteria for platform capabilities.
Balance near‑term delivery with long‑term platform health and sustainability.
