Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management or technical product management experience in complex digital/platform environments.
• Experience partnering with senior engineers, architects, and platform teams in agile settings.
• Proven ability to translate technical constraints into clear product priorities and roadmaps.
• Strong ability to define and track adoption, activation, and value metrics for developers.
• Demonstrated leadership as a senior contributor without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog direction and roadmap strategy across multiple teams for the Enterprise Observability Platform (EOP).
• Coordinate with engineering leadership to align product direction with technical strategy and business goals.
• Engage with developers, platform, cloud, and SRE teams to improve onboarding, instrumentation, and incident workflows.
• Define readiness, rollout, and adoption criteria; rely on evidence to prioritize improvements.
• Advocate for users across the organization and drive adoption of EOP capabilities.
