Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff ISTS Product, Developer Experience to own the product experience, adoption strategy, prioritization, and measurable outcomes for the Enterprise Observability Platform (EOP). You will partner with engineering leaders and platform teams to reduce onboarding friction, improve telemetry usage, and drive time-to-value across enterprise environments.

The role operates at staff level with influence across multiple teams, focusing on governance, source-of-truth boundaries,

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience with complex digital/platform products.
Proven ability to define strategy, outcomes, roadmaps and backlog priorities.
Experience translating platform architecture and data concepts into product decisions.
Strong discovery with technical users and stakeholders to identify adoption friction.
Ability to measure adoption, onboarding, and time-to-value with concrete metrics.

Responsibilities

Backlog ownership across multiple teams and alignment with the product vision and technical strategy.
Partner with senior engineers and architects to co-create strategies that balance innovation and risk.
Communicate tradeoffs and product needs clearly to engineers, operations, and leadership.
Establish readiness, rollout, dependencies and adoption criteria for platform capabilities.
Advocate for developers and platform teams, driving validation and evidence-based prioritization.
Develop adoption and enablement strategies to improve platform discovery and use.
