CVS Health is seeking a Staff ISTS Product, Developer Experience to shape the strategy, roadmap and adoption of our Enterprise Observability Platform. You will partner with engineering, platform, cloud, and operations teams to reduce onboarding friction, improve telemetry usage and incident-response workflows while driving platform adoption and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Experience translating technical complexity into product decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own backlog direction and roadmap strategy for EOP capabilities.
• Align multiple teams around product vision and execution.
• Engage with engineers, platform teams and SREs to ensure adoption and telemetry quality.
• Define readiness and adoption criteria for platform capabilities.
• Advocate for developers, platform teams, and operational users through validation and feedback loops.
• Influence product strategy and enablement to improve platform sustainability and governance.
