Job summary

ITW is seeking a mid-level Staff Accountant to support our manufacturing finance team. The role focuses on accuracy and compliance, handling AP/AR, preparing journal entries, and assisting with month-end close and reporting.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s in accounting or finance and 3–5 years of experience, with ERP exposure (Epicor preferred). This onsite position emphasizes detail, timeliness, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Proactive, detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with AP/AR and month-end close procedures.
• Knowledge of Epicor ERP and GAAP principles.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable transactions and code invoices in Epicor.
• Process monthly Accounts Receivable transactions and issue statements.
• Post inventory adjustments and research discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support cycle counting, cost roll processes and internal controls.
• Assist with budgeting forecasts and corporate reporting deadlines.
