Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required (3–5 years experience preferred).
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, AP/AR, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable transactions incl. invoices, approvals, GL codes, and vendor payments.
• Process monthly Accounts Receivable: issue invoices, statements, apply payments.
• Post inventory adjustments and research discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with cycle counts, cost roll, and physical inventory.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and corporate reporting deadlines.
• Handle ad-hoc reports for management as needed.
