Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year accounting degree.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office package.
• Experience with Esker AP AI processing and Epicor P21 ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to learn and apply information quickly.

• Solid organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Good problem-solving and team player.
• Flexibility for extended month/year end close periods.

Responsibilities

• Bill out customer direct ship invoices from AP invoices.
• Process all AP disbursements per weekly schedule; issue checks and wire transfers.
• Answer incoming phone calls and route to appropriate staff.
• Enter and process AP invoices via Esker AP AI processing system.
• Access customer portals and enter related invoices.
• Electronic file storage of invoices and POs.
• Print daily processed customer invoice batches.
• Assist AR with order releases, collections, and rebills as needed.
• Enter journal entries prepared by controller and assistant controller.
• Record and balance monthly salesmen rebates.
• Track salesman and staff itineraries.
• Record vacation and create accruals.
• Process daily mail and restock supplies.
• Support other office duties as needed.
