Job summary

E3 Displays, LLC, a Phoenix-based manufacturer of custom touchscreen displays, is seeking an Accountant I to manage AP and AR and support manufacturing finance. This on-site, full-time role offers exposure to cost accounting, treasury, and financial analysis within a small team.

You will work with ERP Epicor, align with GAAP, and collaborate across Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse, and Operations to ensure accurate financial data and timely close deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 1–2 years accounting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Support month-end close and balance reconciliations.
• Assist with sales/use tax reporting and cost accounting support.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse and Operations on financial data.
