Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager - Process Engineering to lead high-impact process improvement within ISTS. You will drive DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma initiatives, partnering with IT, cybersecurity, and operations to reduce friction and strengthen controls.

You’ll design future-state processes, govern process documentation, and scale improvements across the organization, delivering measurable efficiency gains and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years operating within a formal BPM framework with governance routines.
• 2+ years using process-mapping tools like Lucidchart, Visio or Mural.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve cross-functional problems.
• Identify, prioritize and execute high-impact improvement opportunities aligned to ISTS goals.
• Deliver measurable capacity gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance with standardized metrics.
• Ensure improvements are sustainable, documented, and embedded into operations.
• Maintain backlog and prioritize initiatives with greatest value.
• Create updated process maps, SOPs, KPIs, and governance artifacts.
