Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Manager - Process Engineering to lead high‑impact process improvement and BPM initiatives across Information Security and Technology Solutions (ISTS). You will design, standardize, improve, and govern ISTS processes to reduce friction and strengthen enterprise controls.

The role requires Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC expertise, plus the ability to document workflows with clear ownership, KPIs, and governance artifacts.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
3+ years within a formal BPM framework with governance and documentation.
2+ years using process-mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural).
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is required.

Responsibilities

Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma to solve cross‑functional problems.
Identify, prioritize, and execute high‑impact improvement opportunities aligned to ISTS goals.
Deliver measurable capacity gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance with metrics.
Ensure improvements are sustainable, controlled, and embedded in daily operations.
Maintain an improvement backlog and prioritize initiatives with high value.
Ensure updated process maps, SOPs, KPIs, and governance artifacts.
Create clear current‑state visuals (Visio, Lucidchart) to identify bottlenecks and risks.
Design future‑state processes to streamline workflows and improve user experience.
