Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Manager of Process Engineering to lead cross‑functional process improvements within Information Security and Technology Solutions (ISTS). The role drives DMAIC/Lean Six Sigma initiatives, standardizes processes, and governors performance with clear ownership and KPIs.

You will partner with technology and risk stakeholders to reduce friction, increase capacity, and embed improvements into daily operations, while building capability and ensuring sustainable change.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years of experience establishing or operating within a formal BPM framework.
• 2+ years of experience using process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural, etc.).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve cross‑functional problems.
• Partner with ISTS leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute improvement opportunities.
• Deliver measurable capacity gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance with standardized metrics.
• Ensure process improvements are sustainable, controlled, and embedded into day‑to‑day operations.
• Maintain an improvement backlog and prioritize high‑value initiatives.
• Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, KPIs, and governance artifacts.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and operations to scale improvements.
