Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager of Process Engineering to lead cross‑functional process improvement across ISTS, applying Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and BPM to reduce risk and improve efficiency. You will document processes, drive standardized metrics, and work closely with IT, security, and operations teams to scale benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years operating within a formal BPM framework, including governance routines.
• 2+ years of process mapping using tools like Lucidchart, Visio or Mural.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma to cross‑functional problems.
• Partner with ISTS leaders to identify and execute high‑impact improvements.
• Deliver measurable capacity gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance.
• Ensure improvements are sustainable, controlled, and documented.
• Maintain an improvement backlog and prioritize high‑value initiatives.
• Design future‑state processes and enable automation where appropriate.
• Collaborate with IT, platform, and security teams to scale changes.
