Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Manager - Process Engineering to lead high‑impact process improvement initiatives across ISTS. You will design, standardize, and govern processes using Lean Six Sigma, BPM, and agentic workflows, partnering with IT, security, and operations to reduce friction and strengthen controls.

You will drive DMAIC projects, map current and future states, and ensure changes are embedded with clear ownership and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years within a formal BPM framework (process inventory, taxonomy, governance).
• 2+ years using process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural, etc.).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Responsibilities

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma to cross‑functional problems.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute high‑impact improvement opportunities.
• Deliver measurable capacity gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance.
• Ensure improvements are sustainable, controlled, and documented.
• Maintain an improvement backlog and governance artifacts.
