CSAA Insurance Group seeks a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to lead the multi-year strategy for our People and Community technology ecosystem, workforce reporting, analytics, and employee listening platforms.

This role shapes enterprise HR technology, data governance, and AI use, partnering with senior leaders, managing budgets and vendors, and building a high-performing team focused on secure, equitable, human-centered decisions across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years leading teams, enterprise-wide programs, or large cross-functional initiatives.
• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday, including configuration, security, testing, and support.
• Experience with data governance, reporting, dashboards, audits, and data quality, plus translating questions into insights.

Aufgaben

• Set and execute the multi-year division technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Lead governance for HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, releases, and vendor performance.
• Oversee HR systems budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners.
• Own the division’s technology intake and prioritization, balancing value, risk, and enterprise standards.
• Oversee employee listening technology and reporting, including confidentiality thresholds.
