Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is hiring a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights for a remote role in the United States. You will shape the technology roadmap for People and Community, oversee HRIS/Workday governance, and drive workforce analytics and AI governance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years leading teams or large programs.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise with Workday.
• HR data, reporting, and analytics experience.
• System implementation and enhancement experience.
• Experience with compliance, controls, and security in HR systems.
• Project, program, and change management experience.
• Cross-functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance and vendors.
• Strong core HR functional knowledge across org structures, compensation, benefits, recruiting, lifecycle, performance, and talent data.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year technology strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for People Systems.
• Govern HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
• Manage budgets, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners with cross-functional teams.
• Represent People and Community in enterprise tech and data forums to protect employee trust.
• Lead HR systems and analytics team, developing talent and equitable opportunities.
• Own tech intake and prioritization balancing value, risk and standards.
• Process owner for internal controls and audit evidence.
• Ensure sensitive employee data is safeguarded and AI decisions are human-governed.
• Improve platform reliability, service delivery, and self-service adoption.
